The Mosaic vinyl bar hands over its whole menu for $40: any small plate, from crispy Chesapeake oysters to glazed housemade spam, then Rambo's spice bag, hickory smoked brisket, ricotta gnocchi or the smashburger, then a flourless brownie or choco flan. Weekend brunch is $25 for the same three-course run, with a pancake burger and a smoked salmon benedict on it.
