Bar Chinois National Landing
The National Landing sibling serves the same $40 three-course dinner as the DC original, from crispy shrimp bao or red chili wontons through zha jiang mian, misozuke salmon rice or the garlic noodles, closing on matcha crème brûlée. The room sits a short walk from the Crystal City and Pentagon City metros, and happy hour runs $1 dumplings Monday through Saturday from 4 to 7. Dinner runs through September 6. The kitchen opens at 4 PM and the restaurant is closed Sunday, so call before you count on the $35 weekend brunch here.
