The Franklin Farm Village Center store, out on the Fairfax County Parkway, makes Restaurant Week a $25 bundle for two rather than a per person prix fixe: two sandwiches -- the Birria Burger, the Fricken Good Fried Chicken Sammie, or one of each -- plus two fries and two cookies. Counter service with a large island bar and a covered patio. Boozy slushies are $12 alongside.
