The Pentagon City smokehouse builds its $55 dinner around what comes out of the smoker, offering a combo of baby back ribs, pulled pork and Texas red sausage, a slow smoked brisket over pancetta mac and cheese, or a crab stuffed salmon, after french onion soup or kalua pig rolls. The $25 lunch runs lighter with salmon tacos, panko chicken tenders or the beef and pork burger, and key lime pie or bread pudding closes either meal.
