The Del Ray institution turns its $40 Restaurant Week dinner distinctly Southern, opening with summer corn bisque or an heirloom tomato and cornbread salad before southern fried catfish in red curry cream, jambalaya risotto with kielbasa and chicken cracklin, or country fried steak under sawmill gravy. Vanilla pudding, carrot cake and a flourless chocolate brownie close it out.
