Fish Shop
A Wharf seafood bar built around Chesapeake fish and shellfish, from a heirloom tomato salad with peach kimchi to a skirt steak with blistered shishitos. The $25 lunch opens with a grilled peach and tomato gazpacho with Maryland crab, the new $25 brunch fries a half dozen oysters in buffalo sauce, and dinner ($55) closes with a strawberry pavlova.
