Fleming's builds its $55 dinner around an 8 ounce petite filet mignon that its own menu prices at $62 on its own, with a 36 hour braised short rib, jumbo lump crab cakes, barbecue salmon, and a double breast of chicken as the other entrees. Start with the Fleming's salad, a Caesar, lobster bisque, or mushroom brie soup, and finish with New York cheesecake or a chocolate gooey butter cake. Every entree comes with a suggested wine by the glass, and a Carrara wagyu filet or a 20 ounce prime bone in ribeye can be swapped in for $27 or $22 more.
