It specializes in the preparation of "Cucina Rustica" - Tuscan country-style cooking with an emphasis on customer service and the art of true, uncomplicated food prepared in the tradition of rural trattorias. Many of the recipes are from it's namesake trattoria still operating on the outskirts of Florence.
