Josephine's $35 Restaurant Week lunch is a hors d'oeuvre or salad, then a croque madame, french dip, or omelette that comes with salad or frites, and dessert. The $55 dinner opens the full brasserie list, with steak tartare or escargot first and boeuf bourguignon, duck confit, or steak frites after, and it will swap in strip au poivre or seared scallops for $15 more.
