This Sterling hearth and grill runs the same three-course shape at both prices. The $35 brunch and lunch card offers watermelon with local feta, a LoPro Caesar or beef lasagna soup, then grilled Wester Ross salmon, rigatoni bolognese or a hot honey chicken sandwich; the $55 dinner swaps in burrata with charred heirloom tomatoes, branzino piccata, Roseda Ranch flat iron steak and a summer shrimp risotto. Both finish with an affogato or a strawberry graham crunch sundae.
