Moon Rabbit

Kevin Tien's Penn Quarter room serves nothing but tastings during Restaurant Week: three, five or seven courses at $65, $85 or $105. Every tier opens with the same two canapés and ends with goat's milk namelaka and summer melons. The $85 adds tofu panna cotta with uni and a salted egg carbonara.

Good Deal on the kitchen's own a la carte card larger plates run $30 to $43 and desserts $18 to $19, so one of each already reaches $54 to $62. The $65 Restaurant Week dinner adds an appetizer and two canapes, though the tasting portions run smaller than the a la carte plates they echo. Here’s how we calculate it.
