About Pappe DC
Welcome to Pappe, where we bring beautifully curated dishes from our homeland to the heart of Washington. Indian cuisine is all about soul, and here we share ours with the neighborhood. Our menu is focused on north Indian cuisine with a few dishes from the coast such as allepey fish curry, goat vindaloo, and junglee laal maas. Chef Sanjay Mandhaiya takes great pride in his cuisine, by using fresh seasonal ingredients he is able to create the most vibrant dishes.
