Pastis
The Union Market outpost of the New York bistro pours a specific wine with every dish on its $55 dinner, a Sancerre with the tuna tartare and a Madiran with the bar steak, for $38 more. That bar steak is $35 on its own here, and escargots, branzino and half a roasted chicken are all on the menu. Restaurant Week runs dinner every night and brunch on Saturday and Sunday.

Good Deal on this kitchen's own regular dinner menu, the same food already comes to about $57 against the $55 Restaurant Week price, and that is before the courses it publishes no prices for. Here’s how we calculate it.
