Salt, the low-lit cocktail room tucked under Open Road in Rosslyn, runs a $55 three-course dinner: crispy pork belly, tuna tartare nachos, gambas al ajillo, or housemade gnocchi, then blue crab fettuccine, green curry tuna, charred branzino, or an Allen Brothers wagyu burger, and a chocolate cheesecake, baba au rhum doughnut, or seasonal sorbet to close. It is closed Sundays, so the last day of Restaurant Week is out.
