The Olney trattoria puts three courses on its $35 Restaurant Week lunch: watermelon gazpacho, peach and stracciatella toast or heirloom tomato panzanella to start, then summer sweet corn gnocchi, braised oxtail ragu on mafalde or roasted arctic char, finishing with cannoli, a gelato sundae or lemon panna cotta.
