STK puts its $65 Restaurant Week dinner on the same card as the steak list. Burrata or tuna tartare tacos to start, then the Mermaid surf and turf of two filet medallions with grilled shrimp, an eight ounce steakhouse skirt with chimichurri, maple rubbed salmon, wild mushroom risotto under shaved black truffle or shrimp scampi, and a chocolate lava cake at the end. A six ounce filet is $15 more and an Australian wagyu flat iron $22. The $35 lunch is the same three courses on a shorter list, Monday through Saturday, since Sunday midday here is brunch.
