The Food Market
The Baltimore favorite opened on Hampden Lane in Bethesda this June, and its $55 Restaurant Week dinner runs three courses: amish soft pretzels with beer cheese fondue, cheesesteak steam buns or beets by chad to start, then roasted beef short rib, spaghetti and crab meatballs, the salmon or pickle brined fried chicken, finishing on a dirt cup or the heathbar crunch bread pudding. Saturday and Sunday brunch is $35 for two courses, including a smokey bowl of dippy eggs under hollandaise and the lil heathbar pancakes.
