Zeppelin

Edomae nigiri and charcoal yakitori under an airship-age theme in Shaw, with karaoke running late Thursday through Saturday. Both Restaurant Week dinners print on one card. The $45 opens with cucumber sunomono or miso soup, then a choice of six pieces of maki with seven of nigiri or ten pieces of sashimi, and closes on a black-pepper chocolate mousse. The $65 starts with seared bluefin tuna tataki or shrimp and pork shumai, adds two pieces of o-toro under caviar, and finishes with an assortment of mochi. A cocktail and wine pairing is $25.

About Zeppelin

Founded in 2019, Zeppelin Restaurant & Bar brings together the precision of Edomae-style sushi and the smoky allure of Japanese charcoal-grilled yakitori—all set against the backdrop of the Golden Age of the great passenger airships. At its heart is Chef Minoru Ogawa, a Tokyo native who trained under his master-chef father in Japan, presenting a refined Omakase experience and impeccably crafted nigiri at the sushi bar. Zeppelin is the collaborative vision of Chef Ogawa and hospitality veterans Adrian Williams, Ari Wilder, and Micah Wilder—the team behind Chaplin’s—who together created a space where tradition, innovation, and storytelling take flight.
